50% RESIDENT DISCOUNT (Non-commercial events only) Residents renting for non-commercial activities will receive a fifty-percent discount off the above schedule. Resident applicants must be actual sponsors of activity, not nominal applicants for non-resident sponsor of the event. Please note: Anyone abusing this policy will forfeit their deposit.
BASIC CLEANING including floor mopping and wiping down the counters plus bathroom clean up are part of your rental fee. Users will be responsible for cleaning up all decorations, wiping down the tables and chairs and placing them into the storage closet This is a basecleaning amount; cleaning beyond the basic will be charged to your deposit amount.
NON-PROFIT USE Non-Profit 501c3 organizations in good standing and governmental entities may rent the community center main room for the 50% residential rate. Subject to approval, the rental fee may be waived for specific community interest needs (ex. polling place, town hall meetings, community briefings). In most cases a refundable security deposit will be required.
DEPOSITS Individual deposits required if both community center and park are rented. Residents: $150.00 Non-Residents: $250.00 Weddings and Non-Resident Weekend: $500.00
BOARD ROOM $100 for 4 to 8 hour session. $75.00 for less than 4 hours. Refundable cleaning deposit of $75 is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY Berry Creek Metropolitan District will retain the usage fee if a cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the event.
MULTI-DAY OR RECURRING USE Please contact the Berry Creek Metro District office at (970) 926-2611 for special quotes based on volume use or long-term contracts.
RESTRICTIONS Parking. All event parking must be at community center parking lot. No on-street parking is allowed.
Sound. Amplified sound may be used within the community center up to 9:30PM. Outdoor amplified sound is restricted to community center area and north side of parking lot and may be used Mon-Sat from 9AM-4PM and Sunday from 12N-4PM. Sound levels should be kept at a moderate level and speakers aimed away from surrounding homes.
Liability insurance may be required for certain events. |
